Will, you have definitely made a lot of progress, and the skills that you have picked up are without a doubt invaluable. I think that it is really cool that you have the ability now to build your own furniture, and with your growing experience, you will be able to build larger, more complicated things over time. It also seems like you have learned about the importance of details, because it would be bad if you missed one little thing, leading to the collapse of your chair. If you have not finished making your chair yet, good luck.
